A proxy vote was e-mailed to all members of the Drywall Finishing Council. The ballots were returned to our attorney, Mr. Sage Knauft. All nominees were approved by the membership.

The New Board Members are:

Duane Freeman, Freeman Products inc.

Greg Frings, Solid Products

Todd Landreth, Westpac

Bob Negri, USG

Jack Walker, National Gypsum Company

In accordance with the bylaws, the board members will select the officers of the council. The officer positions are; President, Vice President, Secretary, and Chief Financial Officer.

When those positions have been designated, the results will be posted here.

DWFC Board Elects Officers

A vote was recently taken by the board members to fill officer positions in the organization. The board members were nominated at the general meeting of the membership held March 25, 2008 in Las Vegas.

The board members have voted and unanimously elected the following officers for the Council.

Appointment of DWFC Officers (per the bylaws) are elected for a term of two (2) years.

President - Jack Walker (National Gypsum Company)

Vice President - Bob Negri (USG Corporation)

Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer - Duane Freeman (Freeman Products, Inc.)

Secretary - Greg Frings (Solid Products, Inc.)
